You’ll find: • Puzzles, board games & card games for all ages • Large sectional sofa (sleeper for 2) & additional daybed (sleeps 1) • Big-screen TV with Roku (BYOP – Bring Your Own Password) Kitchen Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of counter space for prepping and serving. Bedrooms • Bedroom 1 – King bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows, big-screen TV, ensuite bath, plush luxury towels, closet & luggage rack. • Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, goose down pillows, big-screen TV, closet & luggage rack. • Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room) – Two single bunk beds (4 beds total, for kids only), plus a pack ‘n play for little ones. Outdoor Spaces Your private patio is set up for relaxing and dining al fresco, with: • Picnic table & swinging bench • Outdoor rinse-off station to keep sand outside (because sandy beds are a no-go!) Beach Access It’s an easy stroll to the water — beach access is between barrels #87 & #88 at the end of the street. Crystal Beach stretches for 27 miles, so you’ll never run out of shoreline to explore. Parking Note: The city requires a $10 annual beach parking permit, available at The Big Store. To keep our home comfortable for everyone, please follow these guidelines: • Check-in / Check-out – Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM • Guest booking a stay must be 21 or older. • No smoking or vaping inside the home • Pets – We love animals, but There IS an additional Fee for pets. No pets on furniture or beds. No leaving a pet alone in the home unless the pet is crated. Max= 2 pets under 20# each • No parties or events – Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children) • Bunk Beds – For children only; adults should not use the top or bottom bunks • Rinse off sand before coming inside – because sandy beds are a no-go! • Respect the home – Please leave it in the same condition you found it Failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning fees or early termination of stay without refund.
